Hello Class 5 and Good Morning – ??

Thank you again for all the work and responses to the work yesterday and VE Day. It’s been lovely to look at how hard your all trying.
So onto today’s learning,

MATHS

AS IT IS SATs WEEK – HERE IS ONE FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY!
Parents and children please send me your answers ?.

ENGLISH – please spend a considerable amount of time think how you are going to do this task. Plan it carefully. Be as creative as you like, a big poster explanation would be fab to display in school.

SCIENCE – again this may take a couple of days. I would like you to design a poster complete with diagrams and explanations on “how our muscles work”. You could give numerous examples for different parts of the body. You could make things like shown below. You could even go as far as how we make muscles stronger and bigger. Is it an advantage or disadvantage to have stronger muscles? Can you link any of your ideas to the sports you play? Please again be as detailed as possible and as creative as you like. Displaying these in school would be good.

Finally there is a spelling sheet (see below) and a quiz on purple mash. Please learn spelling before completing the quiz.
