I would just like to say welcome to everyone old and new to Class 5 this year. We have had a great start to the term and the English, Maths and Theme work that has been produced so far has been fantastic. We have really hit the ground running!! We have been learning about place value in Maths and describing settings from the wordless book Flotsam in English. We have also produced a few fantastic pieces of artwork which are currently being displayed around school.
Secondly, below is the first piece of homework for this half term. As you may have read on the newsletter we can not currently send things to and from school, however it is expected that your child completes the homework as we will be discussing it in class. Hopefully in the coming weeks we may have seesaw set up which could make homework a little easier all round.
